Dayon Hall is currently a Talent development Consultant at Commerce Bank. In her role, Dayon collaborates with business partners to help them optimize their teams potential. She has a passion for enhancing organizational effectiveness through trainings and facilitations. With a master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and certifications in DiSC, Emotional Intelligence, Change Management, Situational Leadership, etc, she comes with a wealth of knowledge. Dayon’s commitment to facilitating the growth of others ensures impactful results that helps empower individuals and teams to thrive.
Outside of the office, her hobbies include mentoring high school students, helping promote small black owned businesses, being outdoors (hunting, fishing, camping, and watching or doing anything sports related. As long as she is surrounded by people and able to laugh and have fun, she is happy.

Rebecca Feldman
In her role as Assistant Vice President, Sr. Employee Experience and Brand Strategist for Commerce Bank, Becki Feldmann provides dynamic and engaging leadership in the attraction and retention of employees. She was recruited for her energy, enthusiasm, and passion for creating great places for people to work. She puts this into action working with team members and stakeholders across the bank with a focus on ensuring employees have the resources and relationships they need to succeed, the opportunity for their voice to be heard and most importantly, feel that they belong. She recently added a new body of work to her role with our employment brand. The purpose of combining the role of team member experience with employment brand is to enable employees to be their best while showcasing what makes us a great place to work and ensuring alignment of the two. She is a brand ambassador for Commerce internally and externally!
Outside of Commerce, Becki is involved with several local HR organizations and non-profits, she co-owns Lilac Ivy Boutique, and she is a designer with jBloom and she owns a brand management company, b-e-connected, LLC.
She is a mom of two hilarious and handsome boys who get it from her husband of 16 years. They live a very FULL life and take any opportunity they can to have fun and make a positive impact in the world.
