Dajuan’s Bio
As program manager, Dajaun Hindsman specializes in administering high-impact capacity building programs and fostering relationships with constituents and community partners. With a background in community development with an emphasis on neighborhoods, Dajaun brings valuable experience from her degree in Urban Studies from UMKC and her time at UMKC’s Center for Neighborhoods. She is passionate about elevating communities to recognize the power of their collective action. In her current role, Dajaun focuses on strategizing, coordinating, and executing initiatives that positively impact the community, highlighting the amazing work of neighborhoods and supporting them in their efforts.
